Takes too long for me makeing one like that but its a good idea. Maximum options for a poll is 50 and I used 46 so should be plenty for you I think, if you wanted to do that. Bra size is always tricky for one to estimate the breast size. The cup alone doesn't provide enough data for one to fully realize what kind of boob it is.
Bearing this in mind, however, and considering that it is all a matter or proportions in relation to the rest of the girl's body, I think we could roughly establish this relation:
small - A cups/B cups
average - B cups/C cups
large - C cups/D cups
huge - when one tit alone keeps both your hands and your mouth full

Mind you, once again, cup size alone won't do any good in establishing the tit size without the chest measurement. Plus, you then have AA cups, BB cups, and so on.

Maybe you should try a different approach and use your own body as a basis to determine whether you're playing with a busty girl or not.
here's how it could go:
small - when you suck her nipples you can feel her rib cage with your lips;
average - when you lay your hands on her breasts you have to make a spoon shape with your hand so that your thumb and pinky are able to touch her rib cage;
