What muscles are working while stretching?

Hi everybody, (yes I come and go old fellas :p )

I started to do some more Penis Enlargement again, mainly girth. Im doing some really good workout that seems to work for me. But at the same time I wanna gain some more length.

My question is: what muscle ( hands/bicep/tricep/shoulder/chest/back???) should you train to hold your stretches longer? I've been lifting weights at the gym for a year so Im strong and fit and all that shit.
But I cant really figure out what muscle Im supposed to work on at the gym to be able to hold my stretches longer when Penis Enlargement stretching at home.

When I pull the penis straight out it feels like I use alot of shoulders, back and triceps(?). My grip is the "okay grip" with thumb closer to the body and the pinky finger far out from the body.

Im still not sure why I get tired by stretching nowadays so quickly, I dont really know what muscles that are working while pulling. I can feel my shoulder blade on my back peek out while pulling.

So anyone got an idea what I should work on? Maybe it's my back?

The forearms, hands, arms, shoulders, and even chest, back and torso to some degree. The PC muscles are also actively engaged on the other end.
 
Consider that doing the Penis Enlargement exercises will make you stronger faster than any gym exercises due to the fact you are actually working on the exact muscles you need to make stronger.

Yeah obviously thats true. But I was thinking that I could workout that specific muscle diffrently and improve it faster maybe at a gym. Im thinking dumbell wristcurls reps on forarms as an example etc maybe? But the shoulder blade is what confuses me, since it peeks out while pulling.
 
The muscle that wings out the shoulder blade is called the serratus anterior, the subscapularis is also involved.

Those have a good chance of fucking up your wrists if you're talking about what i'm thinking of

You don't want to stretch with your bare hands anymore. It is best to own a device like the length master or the Silistrecher. This devices makes gaining length super easy as long as you are consistent.

Training at the gym with a regular strength program is completely diffrent then static holds in penis enlargement. You can train static holds at the gym and increase your grip strength and endurance.
But you can also train it with PE, by holding the stretches for longer and disregard when you start to shake and struggle. Just keep the stretch/hold no matter what.

Set a timer and increase the force and length of the stretch as you get stronger in your hands. When I was doing hand stretches I was shaking like crazy. I still shake sometimes when I stretch with LENGTHMASTER 3.
