Being progressive will help you get to the intensity needed without going too fast and risking injury. What are you using as a routine?

I think the only stretch you can use this kind of force is behind the cheeks / behind the ass. You have so much levarage in that stretchI've never used the type of force that you are using. This is the missing link in my length master sessions.
