What does it mean when your BPEL catches up with BPFSL??

I was wondering what does it mean when your BPenis EnlargementL catched up with your BPFSL?? Do you concentrate more with length?? or Girth workouts??
 
I don't necessarily think that it means anything. It just means that your BPenis EnlargementL is now the same as your BPFSL. It doesn't really have a bearing on what you should concentrate on. Your goals will dictate that.
 
I am lost on this question??? Do you mean, how do I close the gap between the 2?
