Apologises if this already exists, but I think it would be useful if we had a page/table that listed the
key exercises and gadgets eg jelqing, vacuum pumps, [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] devices, by type and then listed what impact each
has on the Penis Enlargement regime - for example vacuum pumping can be used to increase girth, length and restore foreskin.
It would also be useful to add the best way of implementing each technique gadget. We could all suBathmateit our
information, and perhaps DLD or another moderator could compile this together?

I hate to sound negative, but really this information is already all over this forum. I'd say mainly in the Routines area. Right there, you see what other guys are doing. Especially the 'Sticky' threads up top. It's just a matter of starting a good pot of coffee and spending some time reading
