It's also with him not being fully erect. In Ramone's case it doesn't make a huge difference how he measures the guy has 0 fatpad (which is what we are accounting for when measuring from the top).

My perception is the same as yours, BigJim. The reason I say this is because I measure with the ruler or tape, between 8.5 and 9" and he looks to be about the same. Being a skinny shit does add to the illusion, no doubt about it.

I seem to remember seeing a picture around here were he was being measured and it was only showing 6.25 girth and the tape was not even tight. When you consider that he pumps before every session that means he may only be in the 5.5 to 5.75 girth range.
