Dalmatia! Very cool. Your English is very good, no shame in it! Not so much dubbing in Dalmatia? In Italy pretty much everything is dubbed and therefore some might not learn even the slightest of English. I have been to few places in Italy and I did get a strong feeling English isn't their forte so to speak of.
I like your view about natural foods!
Good note by
@DLD about being more than what society might want to label someone as flawed.
Indeed vocalizing what you are can help a lot! I've done exercises like that before, I should pick up on it again.
@nix85 I wish the best of time gaining, I'm sure you can reach your goals!
Thank you. No dubbing on croatian TV, in Italy they dub everything at least they used to 20 years ago when i last time watched those programs. Italians are known for their lack of will to speak English regardless of dubbing.
Natural foods ALL IN! Few months ago i was going to go raw vegan, but decided to still have fish soup and emmentaler cheese every day and occasionally chicken and yogurt, no red meat, processed sugars or any other animal products, every day blended fruits and occasionally i juice carrot and beetroot - i used to juice other vegs but decided to keep these two as they are amazing for health (altho i might not appreciate the taste that much). : )
You know in one study in China they found people who ate fish were found to live longer. To quote from Ralph Cole blog - he is one of many who cured his cancer by juicing 2.5kg of carrots a day:
"There was a huge study done in China many years ago called The China Study which compared the diets and the resulting longevity of people across 3000 regions in China. Studies of the results were reported in books by both Colin Campbell and later by Denise Minger. Although Colin Campbell's results were supportive of a vegetarian diet, it was later shown by Denise Minger that the same data that he used also showed that vegans (those having no animal products at all in their diet) had a 60% worse mortality than both vegetarians (those that permitted eggs, dairy, and fish into their diet) and omnivores.
The presence of fish in the diet increased the longevity significantly of all those in the study."
It might be the taurine as it was found that in Okinawa where there is most centenarians in the world, there is big consumption of tuna which is rich in taurine.
Taurine has many benefits as antioxidant, protects cell membrane, helps production of energy in mitochondria, stimulates new neurons and inter-neuron connections, helps intake of water and nutrients into the cell and prevents muscle mass loss, improves nerv signals and stabilizes heart rhythm (for arrhythmia), lowers LDL "bad cholesterol", increases GABA (relaxing and better mood), clears toxins from liver, increases insulin sensitivity (lowers blood sugar), increases testosterone, cures spasms, reduces inflammation and so on..
From supplements i been taking vitamin C (ascorbic acid) (half teaspoon a day - 2-3 gram), vitamin D + magnesium + calcium all in one capsule from Lindens (2 a day), taurine (2-3g), and lately i started with carnosine (0.5g) which is amazing for your health and looks.
This change of diet + these supplements literally made me feel and look younger. I am 33 and half btw. After our mental-emotional state (healthy aura), food is truly everything for our physical health and longevity.
And thanks for gains wishes, all i want is length and i believe it will come!
