Ok this sounds attainable..how many should I do per session and how many sessions? Where do I start and how do I pace them up?
I got in the habit of doing them all day long and I think other people should do the same thing. I just do them like I’m breathing I’m doing them right now as I’m typing. The more the better and if you get yourself in the habit of doing them all the time you won’t even know you’re doing them them
