I have been PEing on and off for years. Well, my journey started working for length and girth, concentrating in girth after a while and now I am back for both. I have been pumping exetensively in the past, with air pumping to have absolutely no effect on me personally while on the other hand I love my bathmate extreme 7 since that works for me fine. It is also a nice try to have a shower before sex and use the bathmate to get a little of this nice post workout girth.. any advise on routines, how to pace them up and how to cement our gains are much appreciated.

I started from 6.7' BPEL and around 5' in girth, and I am now 7.8 BPEL and 5.6 in girth. However, when I do girth exercises my girth goes up to 6' that is my goal. (FYI my length goal is 8' NBEL..) But I seem unable to sustain the 6' girth after my girth session. If I use a cock ring then my girth is 5.75-6', but I would like to sustain this girth without having to use a cock ring. In addition, if I do not jelq for a couple of days my gains tend to disappear. Any help?

What exactly is your BM work out?
 
If you go to the newbie routine and you look for the PC work out; this will be your best way to increase EQ. But you can do other things also like edging and ballooning.
 
Hey DLD, the kegels worked fine! I could not do all 50 5sec ones at once but I will pace them up! I remember that there was a nice thread here with title: "how big is he" and can't find the link. Can you send me the link? Thank you very much
 
Hello again DLD! Thank you for the leank. I I do the SRT 5x5x3 method but instead do some jelqing between the BM sets that do not require full erection, do this do the work?
 
If you’re having issues with EQ and you need to use the jelq for now that’s fine but I highly recommend moving into the SSJ as soon as possible. The SSJ can be done in the range of 80% to 100% erect to be affective. You could also pick up some Viagra and use small amounts to help you during your girth work. What are used to do is buy 100 mg tablets and break them into 25 mg. This was very inexpensive and extremely effective. 25 mg would cost you about $.50 a session
 
Hi,.I have already tried this exactly as you said, using 50mg first that game me a dam headache. Then I used 25mg and still felt my head poping a little bit.. The other pills like levitra or stendra are the doing pretty much the same job to give them a try?

One more question DLD, when should I do the kegels? Before length workout? Before girth workout? Or should the kegels have distance between workouts?
 
I would do before your girth work. But what you really want to do is get in the habit of doing them through the whole entire day. It seems hard at first but eventually you’ll see the benefits.
 
Ok this sounds attainable.. :-) how many should I do per session and how many sessions? Where do I start and how do I pace them up?
