Aimed for minimum 1hr manual stretching a day, most days 2 hrs and the on days off aimed for around 4hrs with the odd one at 6.

Does seem a lot of work and it I but conditions the penis ready for growth esp with bundle stretches. Other option is do some manual stretching and head straight into hanging

sorry the wording was a bit off: "and the on off days".... how many days did u do 4-6 hours? and this is non stop/straight? or like while watching TV with short breaks in between? and when is the best time to do the exercises: morning or evening, before or after hitting the gym etc?
did u use wrapping after stretching sessions? i am considering using your routine

and yes as DLD said, thank u for the guidance. i know i have a lot of questions, just dont want my time to be wasted this time around. your patience is appreciated man
 
I did 1 to 2 hrs midweek in evening. Weekends was 3 to 4hrs and days off up to 6hrs, did it whilst watching TV and yea not constant as keep swapping hands/exercises. I didn't wrap post workout and I probably should of, only just started doing that now im hanging. There many manual exercises to get on with both in SRT and on the forums.

oh i was confused, you mean "off days" from your job not from exercises? did you have to switch to shorts or no underwear instead of pants?
6 hours is a long time, thats like hitting the gym for 6 hours... how do you stay concentrated/motivated?
if you did PE for 5 years, why did u not see gains until only this year?
 
I had seen some gains before but I have never been consistant until this year, 6hrs yea is long, would sit watching TV in baggy pj bottoms

ok cool. thanks for the info man, much appreciated.

when you went out (having fun, running errands) did you keep wearing baggy clothes or no underwear?
i wear fitted jeans when going out and can't really switch that.. but i can wear shorts/baggy sweats at home/while exercising PE.. hope my wardrobe for going out wont ruin my work
 
I'll be honest and say I've always worn them when going out, probably should really go commando at some point. However at home yea don't wear

Have no worries my friend we share no emails nor do we email anything to you unless you want to get updates and that’s up to you. I’ve always been super cautious of the brothers information
