Welcome to the Brotherhood, @DispensaryKing, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Thanks! Longtime lurker, finally decided to create an account and share n learn. Recently committed to an overall fitness improvement regimen and am including penile health and wellness in the mix.

Current Stats:
8.4" BPEL
6.0" MSEG

Goals:
9" BPEL
7" MSEG

Still building and tweaking a routine. Right now I spend about an hour a day in the Sizedoctor and have just started the 5x5x3 routine with my bathmate pump.

Thanks for introducing yourself my brother! It sounds like you know what you’re doing and I like that you’re working out a routine for yourself. If you need any help in this just let me know and I can hook you up with a custom routine.
