Welcome to the Brotherhood, @Adan zia, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

So I do cardio every morning and after that I do go to do my PE in the morning I do only stretching one set of a-stretch, then a pistol grip stretching and then a last set of basic shifter and I do warm up but I don't know warm up for stretching routine
Then after workout in the evening like 7 or 8 PM I do my girth rountine like 40 jelqings..

Thanks for coming on out my brother and introducing yourself I really appreciate it. I have a question what is a Pistol stretch?
 
Pistol strech is like that when you hold your dick like a pistol and stretched up words and it's also called pistol grip maybe
 
It's like you are holding a pistol and using three or four fingers to top of the penis strech it upwards

I just tried it and I think I got it right. I might go out and try to rob a bank now LOL good work my brother
