So I thought about how much I could "gain" in NBP size when I lose some weight.
I always wanted to lose some bodyfat, and If I can also gain some NBP size with that, why not?
I'm not fat or overweight, I just want to become more ripped.
My stats are 161.7 pounds @ 5'8.5 and I want to go down to 132 pounds (I dont want to go lower, and If I gain a bit of muscle mass in that time I dont care if its more than 132 or whatever, as long as my body fat disappears.)
My fatpad is about 1" - 1.2" thick, so what could I gain in NBP size?
Anyone did something similiar (I know everyones different), maybe someone who wasnt really overweight?
I hope to lose 0.5" of fatpad down there, but that would take some time since the lower abdominal area loses its fat as last.
I always hear numbers like 25lbs or 35lbs = 1 inch gain, but that rule obviously doesnt works for me.
