Warming Up Theory

When lifting weights you warm up, doing things like stretches, arm twirls, jogging in place, etc., in order to get the blood flowing.

In Penis Enlargement people talk about using warm cloths to do the same thing. However, if you did quick side-to-side and back-to-front movements to get your penis moving rapidly in different directions, wouldn't that accomplish the same thing? Would that work for afterwards as well?

Being brand new to this, maybe I am completely wrong with this idea.
 
if that would be the case then the "helicopter" would be the ultimate warmup, but tbh, I warm up with hot water from the shower on my penis, I guess that is the best way to warmup since you afterwards can feel the heat on your penis.
 
rbi99--Using heat will draw blood in the area where it's being applied. Your theory is the same, I think it would take a much longer amount of time to achieve the same affect. The idea is to allow the tissues to stretch with ease creating micro-tears in them. A cold tissue will snap per se and rip. Apply heat in between sets if you can... you will notice a sufficient different in your workouts.
