When lifting weights you warm up, doing things like stretches, arm twirls, jogging in place, etc., in order to get the blood flowing.
In Penis Enlargement people talk about using warm cloths to do the same thing. However, if you did quick side-to-side and back-to-front movements to get your penis moving rapidly in different directions, wouldn't that accomplish the same thing? Would that work for afterwards as well?
