I would start with no more than 2-3kg or 1lbs and gradually work your way up.
The first sessions should be 5-10 minutes long, but can be as long as 20-30 minutes.
When I do BTT-Hanging (Behind the Testicle Hanging) NOT for beginners.
I hang for about 10-12 minutes with less weight five or six, instead of seven or eight.

I suggest starting with a shorter lighter period of time and progress your way up to whoever you max weight is for a 20 minute period. Actually there are some very good applications that do a fabulous job with speech to text, the applications actually learn things like inflection, tone, speed, rhythm and other properties that make it very accurate. I use it for any long post I need to make. With some minimal editing it saves a ton of time.
