Progress thread VTec’s Length Journey

Day 2- 3.5 lbs for 2 hours straight down each side with legs up also did some basic MSing for 15 mins after every hour. SG for 2 hours with VLC tugger. Planning on doing more tonight
 
Day 3 - Heatpad for 10 minutes, 10 minutes of basic MSing, 5 lb hang for 2 hour and 30 minutes, manual stretching between the 1 break ( BTC, Bundled, basic MSing ) 10 minutes of that, also went to sleep did 2 hours of hanging,erect stretching 15 minutes, basic MSing for 30 mins and jelqs and SSJs for 30 mins, cocking for 1 hr
 
Day 4- hanged 2.5lbs for 1 hour straight down, MSing for 10 mins. Planning on doing more tonight strapped on with a VLC tugger anything I can use atm for passive stretch. working great so far
 
Hey @DLD if you had 10 hours to do PE for maximum gains just with a hanger and your hands, What would the routine look like with the exercises included?
 
Day 5 - hanged 2.5 lbs for 2 hours straight down after did BTC stretches and bundled stretches with some manual stretches for 30 mins then I put on SG + VLC 4 hours then some rotating stretches with low grip stretch
 
I’m measuring at 6.5 inch fully erect and 5.4- 5.5 erect girth even tho I thought I would have more gains due to the volume and intensity I’m happy I got the gains I once had from my previous PE streak, working to make more new gains I gotta go harder now. I got my BM working again so ima add that 5x5x3 routine
 
Day 6 - hanged 3.5-4 lbs for 2 hours straight down, 10 minutes of MSing, wrapped up my dick but then woke up with it sunken in such a petty, next week ima change up on routine let’s see if I can hit 7 inch erect by the end of summer Aug 19th. I’ll be off coming up on July 26/27

Is that hanger a lenghtmaster? 10 hours you can get alot done old school style. Let me know about lenghtmaster
 
Day 7 - 12 hours VLC tugger with leg strap, 2 hours of hanging 3.5 lbs straight down. ( I usually do take tiny breaks when riding the fatigue.) 5 mins of basic MSing, 2 hours on SG with loose attachment. Went to sleep
 
Day 8- 5 lbs hanging straight down from the base, SG 3 hours



Day 9 - 4.3 lbs hanging straight down from base, 2x 2.5 lbs hanging straight down each side, SG 3 hours, BM hardcore stretches routine
 
How's the penile shaft hanging or reacting after the sessions? Does it remain hanging or does or turtle/retract into the body due to stresses?
