Day 17 - VLC ADS 10 hours. On 5 hr mark I did Newbie stretches routine 30 - 40 mins there. ADS back on for another 5 hours,

SG - 4 hours medium tension
Went to sleep, woke up
SG- 2 hours medium tension.
Heat pad 10 mins, Newbie stretching routine (30 mins 3 sets of the all stretches ) when stretching I go low grip each side I’ll do a bundled stretch after I did 15 mins of bundled stretches over the wrist 1 min holds for each side with a upward stretch for a break from the bundles 30 secs with rotary stretch 30 secs then back to bundles ( got a low hang after this ) right after that Heatpad 10 mins then to the
hanging
Hanging session-
Set 1- 6 lbs X 10 mins ( center straight down )
Rest 10 mins
Set 2 - 6 lbs X 10 mins ( left straight down )
Rest 10 mins
Set 3 - 6 lbs X 10 mins ( right straight down )
Rest 10 mins
Set 4 - 5 lbs X 20 mins ( center straight down)
Rest 10 mins
Set 5 - 5 lbs X 20 mins ( left straight down )
Rest 10 mins
Set 6 - 5 lbs X 20 mins ( right straight down )
SG- 2 hours, went to sleep
My penis felt sore on the high end too after the 45 mins of manual stretches helped a lot breaking down the penis plus with the
hanger finishing the job. Got a good work in.
Things I’m noticing, stretch marks by the base on the side lig, more veins are appearing at side of the base also tunica is getting new vein by mid shaft, dicks getting heavier too with flaccid hang looking longer
