During the session, i mainly feel the stretch by the base leading to the mid shaft after I take the hanger off ( I try to do a 1 hr hang unbroken til I can’t no more, small breaks ), my hang looks heavy and longer some sessions other percent of the time, the base and ligs feel sore, doesn’t turtle back into the body tho just feels like when you do too much girth work after that I put on the SG for least 3- 4 hours at the flaccid stretch tension level. After the SG, the soreness / tightness loosens up. I gained a vein by the base that I didn’t have before maybe it’s a sign of upcoming gains
( right side of the base ) but still measuring the same 6.5 NBPEL
