During the session, i mainly feel the stretch by the base leading to the mid shaft after I take the hanger off ( I try to do a 1 hr hang unbroken til I can’t no more, small breaks ), my hang looks heavy and longer some sessions other percent of the time, the base and ligs feel sore, doesn’t turtle back into the body tho just feels like when you do too much girth work after that I put on the SG for least 3- 4 hours at the flaccid stretch tension level. After the SG, the soreness / tightness loosens up. I gained a vein by the base that I didn’t have before maybe it’s a sign of upcoming gains 🤔 ( right side of the base ) but still measuring the same 6.5 NBPEL
 
Maybe increase intensity and time may get you to 7. Don't become discouraged simply keep up the good work.And allow the process to play out. I have been stuck in many places with plateaus that seemed impassable, but I simply increased my intensity, and how much time I was putting into it, and that broke me out of those plateaus.

Reduce this to 10 minutes. Max is 15 minutes. While hanging this weight load, rotate your penis completely to the left for 5 to 7 minutes. Then rotate to the right completely, the same amount of rotation degrees, for the same amount of time.

5 lbs 20 minutes

Increase the time by dumping the minutes from above down here.

Most of the time should be focused at the lower weights while performing the expansion (with low traction pulls)
 
Day 10- 10 hours with VLC tugger leg strap for ADS after I went home

Hang 6 lbs from the base 30 mins 10 mins break
5 lbs 30 mins 10 break
2 sets
SG- 2:30 hrs

Day 11- 5 mins bundled stretches, manual stretches 5 mins ( all directions ) after that’s done, hung 8.5 lbs for 15 mins from the base ( 5 mins each side ) 10 minute break, 2.5 lbs hang 1hr right side only. SG 1hr30 tension level flaccid stretch hold. Was testing the VLC attachment for hanging a bit of light weight 2.5 lbs 1hr 30 mins straight down. I felt more comfort hanging like that, was doing fulcrum hanging straight down a good old stretch indeed, that for 5 mins each side. Manual stretches (all directions) BTC stretches 5 mins , bundled stretch 5 mins ( Yes it does bring fast quick gains instantly after a few minutes or seconds ) SG 1 hr, got on tugger right now will post later
 
I measure before PE and after taking the VLC leg strap off. I always do the “ Get to the CHOPPA “ stretches basically helicopter 360 no scope smacks on the leg or the Harlem shake for your penis, I measured at 6.6 NBPEL when I’m 100% erect so ima keep going hard. Thank you guys

Another question, Are BTC hardcore stretches with Bathmate a thing or effective stretch? I squat down a bit ( like if you were picking up a pencil ) BathMate going down like an BTC stretch than I do a light pull outwards on the BathMate I feel a stretch like no other.

I can't recall completely, but kingsnake did a pulley system using an above body and extended length hanger method.

Go straight to SG Extender. Using a cock ring before extender will place your penis into overstressed zone. You can use the cock ring in between the bathmate and SG on your 2nd year once you are truly conditioned for a full year.

BM and BTC in combo is really a thing, if and only if you can prevent the BM from accidentally pops out and create a massive mess. If you use air only, why not. But the traction is not enough under that kind of pressure. Just a warning, BM will cause pressure to build up in the penile shaft to increase girth while doing the BTC, without any influence on length. Too high of a pressure with the BM can cause blister. Take it from the person that experienced it first hand.

It happens to all of us once in a while. So don't feel bad, I'm glad that you are. Took advantage of that fatigue to get some length working.That was very smart.

Heat pad - 10 mins
Manual bundle stretches - 10 mins
Hanging session -
Set 1 - 6 lbs X 20 mins ( straight down )
Set 2 - 6 lbs X 20 mins ( right side )
Set 3 - 6 lbs X 20 mins ( left side )
Set 4 - 6 lbs X 20 mins ( over the leg hang )
Set 5 - 5 lbs X 20 mins ( under leg bundled hang ) each sides

SG - 4 hours ( tension level flaccid fully stretched )

After the hang I had temporary length gains and my penis ligs/base were fatigued. Incorporated some new stretches, I bundle the penis on the 2nd and 3rd set also last minute left on the clock I pull the hanger downwards for an greater stretch
 
Day 14 - VLC 10 hrs, 5 hr mark 45 mins Manual stretches all directions BTC, rotary stretches, 15 bundled stretches over wrist
Back on VLC for 4 hours
Hung good after session

Got home, SG - 2 hours

Hanging session
Set 1 - 6 lbs X 20 mins Straight down
Set 2 - 6 lbs X 20 mins left, twist hold
Set 3 - 6 lbs X 20 mins right, twist hold
Set 4 - 6 lbs 20 mins left, right, twist hold

SG - 2 hours
Went to sleep, woke up with hard EQ with mild soreness so EQ was tanked a bit

Going to get more work in later tonight

If you go into a trend with a rude awakening where your penis is like a totem pole, you may be approach a secondary penile growth spurt. When that happens, we can only say, "Congratulations, brother."

That Bathmate is gonna (hopefully not!) eventually do damage. You simply cannot monitor pressure correctly. I’m speaking from experience. If you can invest in a MityVac,
Do so! You gotta ensure a strategic and calculated approach with measured pressure and subsequent slight increases in it. Without a gauge, it’s not tanning be good. Just my thoughts here brother. 💯👊

Mityvac is an awesome pump wet or dry. It is so important to gauge your progress. And you can do that with the precise accuracy using the Mityvac. Some people don't realize how important this is, but it's definitely the best way to gain girth, and to track it precisely
 
Day 15 - VLC leg strapped 10 hours. 5 hour mark, 45 minute newbie manual stretches, bundled stretches over wrist 10 mins, bundled stretch straight out 5 mins
VLC back on for 4 hours

I get home, SG max flaccid stretched tension for 2 hours
Went to sleep,
Woke up, SG- 2 hours. In front a heater, 45 mins newbie manual stretches with BTC stretches. Bundled stretches over wrist each side 15 mins also straight out bundles included each side as well

VLC + SG = tension level flaccid stretched 2 hours

Bathmate hardcore stretches

SG + VLC - 1 hour 30 minutes to recover

Hanging session
6lb X 20 minutes straight down
6 lb X 20 minutes straight down left
6 lb X 20 minutes straight down right
5 lb X 10 minutes bundle hang 5 min each bundled side left
5 lb X 10 minutes bundle hang 5 minutes each bundled side right

1.86 lbs X 20 minutes over the leg stretches occasionally bundling the hang during the set over the leg

Went to sleep, gonna do more tonight
 
Can mityvac do hardcore stretches for inner penis stretches?

That will be a no. Unfortunately, it only expand the internal tissues that made up the blood chambers (the cavernosa) and the fascias (skin layers). It plays very little role in pulling the tunica bands, deep suspensory ligaments, and the base muscles.
 
For that type of work you need the bathmate where hardcore stretches were invented. So if you have an old bathmate, give it a try that way and I guarantee you will be pulling out major internal ligament.

I wonder if MityVac can use -11inHg to engage full pressure lock and pull on the cylinder from there. Bathmate only goes up to around -7inHg, maybe -8inHg, and pulling on the Bathmate will disengage the pressure lock. But pulling on the cylinder will also increase the pressure from -11inHg to -15inHg in no time, causing possible blistering with very little pull on the ligs and muscles. What's your throught guru? This is me just speaking from experience.

But you MUST understand in that when you do hard pulls for hard core stretches, you’re increasing pressure within the cylinder that’s already been established and thus more pressure increases on the penis with hard pulls. I occasionally do light pulls when I’m in the @DLD SSJ’s, but nothing hardcore. Not too say it doesn’t yield results for some, just be careful and monitor your body. 👊💯

That's excellent news. I will have to try this. I thought a bunch of guys using the mityvac for hardcore stretches. I can't wait to start.

From my experience I put a hand at the base of the pump and a hand on the tube for pulling, this is of course where I have a ultimate suction, and stretch from there. The hand of the base keeps me up to suction while upward hand pulls.
 
When I woke up, before work I did
Hanging session -
Set 1 - 6lbs X 20 mins straight down
Set 2 - 7.86 lbs X 20 minutes straight down left
Set 3 - 7.86 lbs - 6 lbs X 20 minutes straight right
SG + VLC- high tension 1 hr 30 minutes then back down to medium to low tension for 1 hr 30 minutes
Doing more tonight
