Hey fellas, checking in to say hi. Still putting the new LM chamber to use although no training has been completed for the last 5 days due to a lower back strain, will be back into it tomorrow or the day after with any luck.

So I'm basically following a protocol I've seen in other corners of the internet around hanging and applying it to the resistance band/digital scale set-up i use, it goes like this:

Days are split up 1 to 3, girth for a day then followed by 3 days of length training & repeat.

The girth day consists of 5x5x3 with the Bathmate/Slow Squash Jelq, I've been doing a morning & evening session on girth days, minimal or no fluid retention and before & after stats on last session was 13.4cm Mseg at beginning, 14.2cm temp Mseg after which equates to about 106% expansion. The MosRed is always a staple in all training sessions & is used throughout the whole girth routine.

Length days consist of MosRed warm up & a massage technique dubbed, 'tunica malleability' which is basically kneading the tunica like dough under very light (3lbs) stretch force for 5 - 10 minutes then into the work, a typical session goes as follows:

10 x 1 minute sets with 10 seconds rest between sets, all hanging straight out while seated, 5 done bundled left the other 5 bundled right.

4 x 5 minute sets hanging in the following order, BTC/bundled left/bundled right/straight out, 10 to 15 second rest between sets.

The main aim is to be sitting somewhere between 103% to 108% bpfsl after the session so as to stimulate growth, less than that is not enough to elicit growth and over that is getting into macroscopic tears/damage (or so the training principles dictate). My last session had a starting bpfsl of 21.8cm & 22.7cm after the session, putting me at 104% temp length. Sometimes i will wear the SiliStretcher afterwards for a few hours on incredibly light tension to keep me elongated or even the SiliGenetics (LoL, been waiting to bust that term out, combo of SiliStretcher/Sizegenetics, people used to make the Phallogenetics back in the day).

So the most important bit, how has that translated to gains? Well i started this training cycle on the 10th May and my starting bpfsl was at 21.2cm pre session, 22.1cm bpfsl after session and bpel at 20.1cm. Currently i am starting at bpfsl 21.8cm pre session, 22.7cm post session and bpel 22.6cm, so a 5mm gain in both bpfsl & bpel in as many weeks, which roughly would translate to an inch in about 6 months if it follows a linear path of progression.

Will update again soon, feel kinda guilty that I've been lurking on other forums & not being active here, i see SIM putting in the work with vids, advice etc as well as the usual regulars holding the forum down, MoS will always be my home and I'll try to get more involved in the near future.

I’ll be posting an updated video today as it relates to some noticeable increases after my SSJ session. Where should I put that one? Fairly good (and real ‘cause it’s indeed me as you all know! 😎) representation of the increased flaccid hang and plumpness. Let me know. Thanks.
