Just start doing it consciously and over time that will be your new voice. There are exercises to increase voice range. Perhaps google it? I used to have some info but I wouldn't even know where to dig to find it.

^^Is that so? Would that mean that people's personalities can really be heard in their voices? I'm glad I have a low voice that can make me sound as dark as I often act, but still go high enough to be cute.
Would that also mean my girlfriend really is more womanly because she sounds like a woman when she talks even though she's only 18?
