On the back of the bottle, it should indicate how many international units (abbreviated "IU") are in each gel capsule. What is the ingredient listed on the bottle? It should say DL-tocopherol, D-tocopherol, tocopherol succinate, or something of the like.

Vitamin E is a blood thinner, so it makes sense that it might help you with erections. I'm never really sure if the connection is cause and effect. But who cares?--if it's working.
