Well it's been quite a while and I still haven't started on my self improvement journey. I ended up starting the year off with being sick for 3 weeks. I'm still motivated to start the grind to better myself and so I figured I'd let you know I'm going to be starting on Feb 1st.

I'm looking forward to it also. I bought the SiliScale. For ADS, how many lbs do you recommend starting with for Active stretching and how many lbs do you recommend for Passive stretching/healing?
You know I have never used the scale before and that’s probably because I’m not actively training. My work is pretty much in development of exercise and the development of tools. When I am stretching I use all of my strength. All of my strength was not enough and that’s why I created the Lengthmaster to give me unlimited intensity.
With healing you simply want to moderately hold yourself close to your erect size while flaccid and this heals the tissue while elongated. I’m sure someone who has used the scale will come in with better information. The scale was not my project it was lightning so project. So hopefully he will chime in.
Excellent work my brother I’m amazed that you’re rocking this routine so well. As far as the LM goes the most important part is learning how to wrap properly. This is very personal and everybody has a slightly different way of doing things. If you go to the wrapping forum you will see many different wraps you can use. I would try each of those and see which one works best for you. With a proper wrap there should be no slippage at allWhat I did for Feb. 1st, 2021:

@DLD, First time doing bundled stretches with the LengthMaster was intense. I've never felt such a stretch... Makes me think my dick will be sore.
Some issues I experienced were some slippage with the LengthMaster up to my glans and my glans were getting clamped. I looked at what other people are doing and it looks like they are able to get the LM to clamp all the way down and I wasn't able to. I think I may be using too much of the bandage wrap so I'm going to cut it and make it smaller.
How is growth coming along?
Idk how my growth is going, but I feel longer and thicker. I had a great stretch on day one and felt like my flaccid stretched was longer already, especially after the bundled stretches, and I've had some great expansion from the jelqs I've been doing.

How often do you recommend taking measurements to track progress? I created a measurement post on page 1 and I set dates for myself 3 months apart.
once every 90 days for official for official measurements. But I would do flaccid stretch bone pressed measurements once per week to make sure you’re making growth. And if you’re using the 5×5×3 found an SRT you should measure after every session to be sure your expansion is steady. But only once every 90 days for official measurements
What do you mean by "steady expansion"?
