Your not dumb as fuck lots of folks seem to miss the search function.

As for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words],if its a noose type beware they are quite uncomfortable to wear,keep a close eye on the head for coldness or turning numb.

Its a sign you are restricting the blood flow to the head.
 
I also get that coldness sometime just massage it a little bit and a little miniature jelq I can get a little blood into the head fairly easily.
