Vets explain IPR PLEASE?

I was looking at some older threads today. Seen some mention IPR So i decided to search it. No one really explain in details what it was. I can see it involves plenty of rest time but thats all I know about it.

Im have not really been making the girth gains im after and want to give this a shot. If you have tried it let me know how it went? Please break in down for me what it IPR means?
 
IPR: Inflammation, Proliferation, Rest.

The idea is to cause controlled damage (inflammation) using for example, heavy hanging.

The use a lighter device to keep the tissues "open" for proliferation.

Then rest.

The cycle was usually something like 2 weeks of heavy hanging, followed by 2 to 6 weeks of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] usage, followed by 8 to 12 weeks rest.

I do this pretty regularly using the Bib Hardcore and the Static Stretcher Heavy Duty. It works well. Best of all I get a couple months of not having something hanging off my dick (except for women).
 
There are also two types of IPR: macro and micro.

Macro is the multi-week version I gave you prior.

Micro is doing the same idea on a daily basis.

I practice both at the same time. So during a a day: I hang, then SS HD, then rest. During a 3 month period: I hang for a month, SS HD for a month and rest for a month or two.
