Hey everybody. I just wanted to share a new stretch with everyone that seems to have great potential. I have been looking for a new way to stretch my schlong and I came up with this. I call it the squat stretch.
First you grip your flaccid penis right below the glans with your thumb and pointer finger and your other three finger pointing away from your body. stretch straight down while standing up and while you are stretching, squat down to the ground as if you are doing a weight lifting squat. place your hand with your penis in it as close to the ground as you can, touching the ground if possible. Now take your foot, left foot if stretching with your right hand, right foot if stretching with your left, and place it on top or your wrist. It's best to have your wrist bent up to where you hand looks like the shape of an uppercase L to to keep your penis from slipping out of your hand. Now that your foot is holding your hand down that has your penis in it, begin to rise back up from the squat, keeping your hand, penis, and feet on the ground at all times. This is a great stretch because not only are your stretching the ligs with much more pressure than usual, you are also getting a good stretch of your groin muscle from being in the squatting position, allowing for an even better stretch of the ligs. Hold for as long as you can, shake it around a bit, and repeat as many times as you want. This stretch leaves your schlong long. Give it a try and tell me what you think.
