unwanted erections

I posted this in the mental pe forum and didnt get much of a response but as it is an issue that clearly affects generally pe-ing (mainly stretching and hanging) (not to mention awkward moments when aroused in public) i thought it was appropriate for this forum.
So, the question is, what do you guys do to get rid of unwanted erections?

while stretch I have to concentrate on something else very hard. like in one hand ill have the newspaper and read a part of it with my undivided attention and stretch with the other hand. that keeps me from gettin hard

I had erections when i have streched just in the beggining of pe,after a month or so i didnt got anymore erection while streching.

I just wait till my penis goes down a bit (not completely) and continue.

Errect streches are ok as far as I know. Quite a few members here do them
