I found this stretch on another site, but I'm not quite sure how effective it is. Basically, you get your penis up to 30% erect, and you pull it right under your ass by the head, stretch it as far as you can, then you sit on it (Very uncomfortable at the start). You sit on it (No pun intended) for about 10 minutes. Does this even help? I mean after words my penis feels really strained, like it actually did something.
