Understanding LOT Theory

I am trying to understand the LOT theory and how it relates in modifying your Penis Enlargement program. Currently, my pull back is strongest between 12 to 9 o'clock and than becomes weaker as I move down the clock until around 7 which I believe is my LOT number.

What's next? Do I modify my Phase I program? How do I use this information?

Where the tugbacks begin to decrease is your LOT, dont go by flexing.
