Types of tissue

So this may sound stupid, but I was thinking why some people gain greatly in lenght and some in girth and some in both. My thought is that like muscle tissue (slow twitch and fast twitch) there are different types of ligament tissue, tunica tissue, and spongy tissue (if thats a type). Anyway I figured maybe people with a certain type of ligament tissue that was more pliable would see better gains and the same for the rest. What do you guys think or know about it?
 
Tissue between men is virtually the same although some men may have more or less than others. I think all men have a similar gaining potential but due to form, intensity or negative thoughts they may find themselves frustrated with a lack of gains. Increase intensity, learn the proper form and keep a good attitude and all will happen.
