I've been peing for about 2 years now (without too much success). I've been reading up as much as I can on the subject and the IPR theory caught my attention. It just seems to make sense.
My question is for those who are working on girth:
My post session girth goes up almost .25" (with little fluid buildup), but a day afterwards it's only slightly bigger than my initial size. Two days after and it's just about gone.
Should I take a decon break? or is this normal when working on girth and I should keep doing the 1 day on 2 days off that the IPR theory advocates?
