Someone made a post either yesterday or the day before about getting a much better twisted bundle stretch'n when their semi erect rather that completely flaccid. I was wondering if anyone on this site has a routine with this idea in mind. In the last month I have made some gains from just doing twisted bundle stretches.... staight up, 2x 20 min sets, and then a couple of hours in using the lightweight system in the extended state. I went this last month from 7 1/16 th BPSFL to 7 5/16 th BPSFL. I took off yesterday completely just to get as accurate measurement as possible. This month I want to add more to my length and I think doing these stretches semi hard might yeild results. If not, I will continue to do dis twisted bundle stretch, I would like to add a couple 16ths of an " in my BPSFL witch converts into erect length. I will see if this "stretch" is really for "unlimited tunica growth" or is it cuz I might of changed my angle to even closer to my stomach addin growth that way.
