TuffDong Motivation

Hey tuffdong what’s the name of all the materials you used to make that pvc vac cup and how exactly did you do it ? I’m interested myself in making one and using it strictly for hanging while I use silistretcher for ads

Just a length of 1.5" PVC, a 1.5" PVC test plug, S-hooks, and a D-Ring. Super simple, and works really well.

Yep there’s people all over the place who imitate me and use my pictures. There’s companies that have stolen our tools. There are sites that have cloned MOS to make money. Viagra was using my name and their tags I guess to sell more Viagra.
 
I really appreciate the good words. Hopefully I will be posting regularly again soon. The world is on fire, and I'm busier than I've ever been. Only have time to do manual stretching these days.

@DLD @TuffDong whenever I wear the LM close to my glans I feel this pinch especially when pulling, I would like to know if I can get length gains by fitting the LM at middle of the shaft. I hear that hanging at the middle of the shaft can cause the base to toughen up and I want to avoid that as much as possible as I am still hoping to make a lot of length gains

Most who use compression attachments have them clamped about mid shaft, and the pull is focused on the "root". This gives a stretch mainly at the base. While this placement is great to pull out the "inner penis", it doesn't do much for the length of the entire shaft. I much prefer a full stretch myself.

Heavy hanging for extended periods, and intense stretching will beef up the base. I recommend only spiking with heavy weight and/or intense stretching to shock your unit. This will give you the benefits without toughening up the tissue.

To answer your question though, yes you can use the LM with a mid shaft placement.

Spiking/shocking is when you increase intensity/weight in a short burst. If you are hanging 5lbs regularly, throw in a quick session at a much higher weight, and then continue hanging with your usual load. It's a great practice to keep your unit guessing, and helps in breaking through a plateau if you find yourself running in place on your journey.

Mid shaft is fine if you’re more comfortable there. Remember the higher up you clamp down the more of that energy is going to go to ligament growth. The lower you go the more you are affecting internal penis. Midshaft should give you a pretty good gains in both areas. Remember to always bundle stretch before you begin your routine. Five minutes is plenty of time and it will pre-stretch your Tunica allowing you to take up much more growth.

This is a great, informative thread, TD! I had to LOL when I saw you hanging with the weight on the other side of the room as I have done that as well. I was using one of my resistance tubes attached to my LM with the weight at the other end of the tube slung over a portable, height adjustable roller assist stand for a table saw. I want to put anchors around for both penile and muscle workouts, thinking mobile. Keep up the great work man. Inspirational. Looking good, bro!
 
The weather is getting nice, and when it's hot i get extreme motivation to better myself. I did an extended fast for 2 weeks, and then started only eating raw veggies once a day. The weight has been dropping, and this has motivated me to get back into my PE groove.

While I've been keeping up with my daily manual stretching, I hadn't done any expansive work since late February. I lost a small bit of temporary expansion, but my girth hasn't budged. My unit remained thick and full.

2 days ago, I decided to start clamping, pumping, and doing manual expansive work again. 5 minute clamp sessions, followed by 20 minutes in the pump @5hg, then strapped up with girth band and silicone rings to retain crazy expansion for 15 minutes.
 
5 minute clamp sessions in the AM and PM. I follow up the PM session with 20 minutes @5hg in the pump, and then retain expansion for 10 minutes.

I will slowly add more exercises and intensity over the next week. Trying to get back to where I was at toward the end of last year.
