more of an arch? is there movement in this exercise?

Yes, more of an arch due to being in an engorged state. I will gradually increase intensity during the bend, and pulse for the final few seconds. Not much movement other than that. I hit all directions, down, up, left, right. I hold the bend for longer when doing the right, due to my slight left curve.

Have you seen any difference so far?

I've been doing these since I started back up in July of last year. I believe they contribute as much to my growth as any of the other exercises I perform. I definitely recommend bends.

Back to hanging and pumping, along with my daily manual work. Need to step it up. I've been very busy. I apologize for my absence.

I don't know what happened, but now every picture is rotated once uploaded. Definitely need to look into this issue.

WOW!

Morning routine. ..

I did some manual work directly after waking. About 35 minutes of random stretching, squeezes, clamped bends, and uli. Nice one-on-one session for sure.

Last night after my routine, I did manual work as well. All of the above, and 1 hour of fulcrum assisted stretching. PUTTIN IT IN!

Expansive cuff work, expansive pumping for 20 minutes @5hg spiking to 10hg for 10 seconds at the 5 min mark, Duro strapped. ....

@tuffsong what are you using to wrap the hang alls that you use for fulcrum stretching

Woke up, strapped on the hanger, and took my supplements with tea...

Morning hang session. 30 minutes under 17.5lbs of tension incorporating bundles, Duro strapped. ..

BUNDAROOOO!

@TuffDong are you strapping on the LM right on the glans or right behind it?
