TuffDong Motivation

Taking some time off. @F26 grabbed my sack and twisted with all if his might. I need to rethink my reasons for doing this. This is not the end of my journey. I dont plan on stopping here. ...

This is a much needed self reflection. ...

Come on bro haha, stopping PE or taking a break - no way! That you're doing some self-reflection for yourself and a more balanced life - definitely.
Maybe do less PE and use the time for a more balanced life, reward yourself, meet some friends, if you don't like current friends or don't have many, find some via social media in your local area.

If you say/find you're having low self-esteem, ask yourself why?
People betrayed you in the past and just used you? Well, fuck them! You've earned more in life and the best revenge is not to making them feel bad in an active way and insult them, but to have a great life yourself and show them the real mofucking Tuff!
You've such a great personality, some people are maybe just to dumb and haven't seen it or had been selfish.
Who are you, who do you want to become?
You don't like your looks/weight? Well, change it. You did it once, you can do it again. Just make sure it's balanced and not extreme, as it can very easily over-exhaust and make you stop.
You feel shit because you still haven't reached your goals with 36?
Man, life is just about to start. This all from the past until now was a big learning curve with ups and downs and now is the time to create the life you ever wanted by daily small steps!
You want to be more social?
Easy, social media + your local area. Go into local facebook groups and have great evenings. Even if you work every single day, you should at least take 1 evening/night off and reward yourself :) you earned it!

You've maybe more achieved than most of us while having your own business and raising twins up as single dad, but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't have a balanced life and also enjoy it sometimes.
You have a big dick and mostly a bigger dick than most of the forum here, who do you want to prove something?
Invest less time in PE (if you want) and use for example 30min a day for having a walk in the nature, 10-20min for drinking a green tea with nice music in the morning and preparing your day without being stressed. Another 1-2h for more sleep so you'll have more energy and sleep also helps against depression. + another 15-30min for some physical activity/sports.
Cook with your kids or alone without being stressed and enjoy it, start cooking 1-2 times a week meals you're craving for as reward, even if it's BS sometimes to clean up afterwards, it's still a cool feeling.

Lots of people have depression/bad self-confidence nowadays in life as you said, this really isn't something to be ashamed for. I've also had been in completely shitty times in my life but I can tell you that for example something like PE won't cure it.
The thing at least what helped me is to create a little more balanced life, not black and white anymore!
You're just 36 bro, life just started! Grab life by the balls and kickass!
You're a big idol for lots of people here, just by your attitude, think about using that attitude also in other aspects of life (fire)

Enough motivational talk, I wouldn't recommend you stopping pe or taking a time off, just maybe lowering the volume to 30min a day and using the rest for yourself and other things. Physical activity + more sleep 100% helps much with having a better overall mood.
In addition to that also don't forget the social aspect, date some girls if you want (just for talking if you want), talk about life, drink coffee/tea with them and do what you want. Start going out with friends, no need to go in bars, you can go bowling, climbing, start visiting a cheap gym or find local calisthenics/bodyweight groups in Facebook, there's hundreds of ways :)

So as I've said and really mean it, if you need any recommendation or help in what to do, there's lots of people here which won't mind helping you as you gave so much help to the forum and invested lots of time helping newbies (including me) + inventing DIY devices and motivating other people.

Peace out, I really hope it helps!

@TuffDong sorry to hear that bro. But I can tell you from experience, the lower we have fallend, the better we stand up again afterwards.
After ever big fcking hit I got in my life, my life at first had been shit and afterwards (with lots of work) it became better than before. This happened now multiple times and as some hits had been harder, my life also improved much more afterwards then compared to 'normal hits'.

Social Media is a bitch. I can tell you that most of it is fake anyways. Fake as fake life-style (often, not always), fake smiles, fake happiness and all of that. I've had been lots in contact with some people which you think from social media they're having the best life, cash, looks, partners - but most of them had been completely sad and depressed. One of their only 'motivation' was getting likes, more followers and presenting themselves and showing a happy life :D

Check this out: This Is How Social Media Is Destroying Your Life - The Fake Reality

I don't say social media is bad, but you always should have the thoughts in your head that it isn't real! Likes don't value people. This is all big BS.
Social Media is actually one of the best things if we're using it correctly, we can very easily find friends with the same interests, contact people we want to get to know and so on. Sadly and here I don't mess with you, followers and likes have an effect for other people of your presence. For example if you have 500 followers, people see you as normal. If you're above let's say 10-20k followers, people will start contacting you by theirselves, which can be a great way for fastening up the process of getting to know people which you want to know. So now you're not the person who's 'in need' to contact people, now actually more and more people start contacting you and you can select.

Life is a fucking numbersgame - but this is also great.
The world has 7+billion people, how many do we know personally, how many can we still get to know? LOL;)
You can erase all your contacts and build new friend circles, find new friends, find a new gf/wife and everything. Life is not over!
You can actually change your life 180 degrees in 6-12months and be the freaking King living your dream life :D

You know what? Actually I think we should start a seperate thread about that as I think it really could help lots of people and we all can work on it and push us :)

Now it's TUFF time, welcome back (fire)(fire)

Okay, so WOW!

I was not expecting all of these extras when I opened up the box just a little while ago.

I see a MOSGrip, Thera-Band, black wrapping, tan wrapping, DuroSleev (2 sizes), what I am assuming to be the newest Silicap and sleeves, and the LengthMaster device.

The construction of the LengthMaster device caught me off guard, as I thought it to be a plastic material from the pictures. It is instead a very lightweight, I am assuming composite wood with a very satisfying grip finish. It features a nice neoprene grip in the cradle, where you put your willy before clamping down to hang. An extremely solid device, that is very lightweight.

Impressed with the quality, very much so.

I am at a loss for words from this selfless act. I simply must say, THANK YOU! ?❤?

You’re welcome my brother you deserve this and lightning and I and I felt that all of your work here was deserving of a gift. I hope you get the most out of this and I hope it helps you pro pal your gains. Please review everything that you have been given and that’s all the appreciation needed. God bless you my brother, you are certainly blessed.

My time and participation here, well it has been, and still is something very eye opening for me. I am learning a lot about myself that I have entombed and tried to bury for the longest of time. A truly amazing thing is the denial that I carry. A denial that our physical form indeed does make a difference in how you are treated. I should never have been exposed to the things I was, at such an innocent age. That is the past, and I have no control over what happened. I do have control however, in how I am handling it as an adult, and more importantly AS A FATHER.

I know I need not apologize, but feel my brothers at the very least deserve an explanation for my behavior. We are ever evolving, and with your support, friendship, company, and knowing the brothers standing shoulder-to-shoulder on these front lines of life with you.... it is an amazing feeling that I haven't felt before.

Thank you ALL!

@F26 I needed that crippling punch, and @jekyllnhyde360 the barrage of speed bag bullets to the dome side. ?❤

No problem my brother all I ask is you give us an honest review.

Always! When it comes to products and my thoughts on them, there is absolutely no bias.

I will start with the new silisleev, since it is the first item put to use.

Please remember, I had never worn a sleeve or ring prior to ordering from the MOS store, so I simply cannot compare to other companies similar products.

My thoughts on the Silisleev I initially purchased were very positive, up until the third full day of wear, when it split at the base. I will be basing my comparison of the newer sleeve, to the older model (blue).

Only been an hour, and so far so good. Comfort is exceptional, as is the elasticity, allowing ease of expansion with no discomfort. Only time will tell as to how well this product can hold up.

When not in use, I will be storing the sleeve in the same manner it arrived. The sleeves came with a form fitting Styrofoam cylinder this time, and I will make sure my unit and the sleeve stay oil free. ?

Passive elongated length with the sleeve on = 7"NBPEL
