Hahah, I was going to update my progress today as well. Haven't done any documentation, but have eased my way back into the usual condition.
Yesterday, I did about 3 hours of stretching during the day. About 1.5hrs of that was bundled. Then, when I got home LOL I managed to do 2 hours of fulcrum assisted stretching, with around 45 min of it bundled as well. After that, I did some manual jelqing, squeeze+bends, and manual clamping. That was a good 1 hour session. Followed up with another 30 minutes of stretching.
Managed to knock out at 2:55am, then up at 7am, and put in 15 min manual stretching, following up with a pump routine, powder down, and 15 min of stretching again. 15 more minutes of stretching on the way to work. Hehehe
Yeah, I'm jumping back in with ALL THREE LEGS. ???
