Hahah, I was going to update my progress today as well. Haven't done any documentation, but have eased my way back into the usual condition.

Yesterday, I did about 3 hours of stretching during the day. About 1.5hrs of that was bundled. Then, when I got home LOL I managed to do 2 hours of fulcrum assisted stretching, with around 45 min of it bundled as well. After that, I did some manual jelqing, squeeze+bends, and manual clamping. That was a good 1 hour session. Followed up with another 30 minutes of stretching.

Managed to knock out at 2:55am, then up at 7am, and put in 15 min manual stretching, following up with a pump routine, powder down, and 15 min of stretching again. 15 more minutes of stretching on the way to work. Hehehe

Yeah, I'm jumping back in with ALL THREE LEGS. ???

Expansive cuff work, expansive pumping for 20min @5hg spiking to 10hg for 10 seconds at the 5 min mark, Duro strapped...

Did manual fulcrum assisted stretching until I passed out mid-tug... ugh...

I will try and reintroduce hanging at a much lower weight. Hopefully in doing that, I will get less slippage from the vacuum cap. What I really need, is to build a different gadget for gripping my unit, as vacuum just can't hold up to the weight and various angles I need for my routine. My only issue is... I DON'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH FREE TIME TO BREATHE!!!

I'm a one man show at the moment, and it is really weighing heavy on me. I just gotta keep my nose to the grinding stone, and tread forward inch by inch. If I had the time and money, I would have done some amazing things by now. Meh, so it go....

Edit.... Oh yeah, I checked my BPFSL, LSFPB, SPLBF and BSPLF (?That's for you, D) while stretching after pumping. Riding 9.25" still, but could it have been skewed due to being pumped, and I have actually gained a little more?? We shall see....
