Taking the evening off from training. Back isn't happy with me. I did manage to get a few hours of stretching done while I am literally laid out, lol.

Hang has been beyond fantastic today. I'm happy.

This thread is truly touching the thoughts of many, as what is said earlier about shame and looking up to the "wrong" people is what lead many wandering on the internet to grow their dick. I too came from a barely average penis and now I am 19.5 cm lenght. Girth was a joke and now I am a solid 13.5 cm and growing when not excersizing. Just saying that we are doing this for ourselves, even my partner has peace with my former penis. But when it is in your mind that you need to grow and you find a great brotherhood of people providing more info you can chew and lots of kind help (thanks!!), then it is like christmass comes early and you see that there is a way to grow a monster.

The weird thing is, guys who used to look huge before are now coming into reach, which is a good psychological motivation to keep on pushing it!

I ended up doing a 20 min pump session, followed by stretching for 1 hr. Back hurts still this morning. Meh.

I was in an auto accident in 2015. Rear-ended on Sunset, taking my children to Hollywierd. BH bimbo, looking at her phone....... and now I have herniated discs. If I favor any side for too long, I am literally the Crooked Man for a week up to a month. ????

Just so you all know, if I complain about back pain, I'M LAID OUT. Lmao

Hang 20 min @10lbs, Duro strapped

My unit has been long and thick today. Not used to this hang, and constantly adjusting the leg. Usually just wear to the left, but now he wants to search around.

Took maybe 1 second after strapping on the Duro, and I'm filling up.

Hang 25 min @10lbs, Duro strapped

My unit is getting more and more stretched out with each of these sessions. I also put in a good 2-3hrs of stretching directly before hanging.

I'm confident in adding a disc for the next session. ????

To keep the "experiment" going for post-pump stretch/hang, I will either pump before hanging, or intense stretch immediately following Duro ring removal.

The more I do these Foot Long stretches, the better they get. Once you have the basic grip, footing placement, and learn how to apply optimum pressure, you can start to experiment a bit. Roll to one side, and now the stretch is even more INTENSE. Like RIP YOUR COCK OFF intense. EVERYTHING gets a brutal workout.

I believe these qualify for post-pump work on @REDZULU2003 theory regarding elongation after expansion. ????

What amazes me, is how well your penis takes the continued bombardment, and not become at all beaten up. Shows that you know how to train.

Once that fat pad decreades, it will look insane.

Think about a quick release clamp, as you grow thicker, it could be iffy getting loose from what you got now.

Yeah, I've got plenty of those Cable Clamps in my box of PE stuff. I would really like a quick release clamp that is the same size as the cuff. Think 3 Cable Clamps fused together. If this could be 3D printed, I believe it would work very well.

Forums can be tricky. In the early days it's slow, but once members start in the door, it quickly grows. However, the stale rehashing of the same regurgitated topics doesn't make for much excitement.

I do not believe the forums are dead. Much like PE, we gotta keep things spicy.

Alright, so my thoughts on the increase........

Feels absolutely INCREDIBLE hanging over 10lbs. Not really many issues. You MUST make sure that silicap is vacuum tight, and that no skin is bunched up. This takes time, as there is a learning curve to proper placement. Anything slightly out of place and you WILL NOTICE. When you have achieved the optimum vacuum and placement within the vacuum cap, the pull is WONDERFUL.

I started standing stationary for a few minutes, then slowly started slight swing and sway, slowly working my way into circular motions. No issues. However, once the weights went a little too high, the bounce started to cause slippage. This is when I called time @ 15min .

I feel very very good right now, and my unit is HAPPY. ????

Let me give you my perspective.

I have been tooling and tinkering with PE for almost a decade. I was consistent in 2013, but my mind still wasn't right, so it eventually fell flat. I would jump back into it, here and there, but would do ONE or TWO strict routines. Either clamp and stretch, cuff work, etc. I would HAMMER my pecker sometimes, resulting in injury ?.

Over time, I came to understand all of my body's limits, and not just the EXTREME ones that are only revealed when it's too late. My body communicates with me, and I know when increase can be beneficial, and also when a decrease is needed to keep me consistent. No down time.

Now that I am FINALLY awarded privacy in my life (kids are almost teens), I can put everything together to MAXIMIZE MY GAINS.
