Final push......

Hang 20 min @10lbs, pump 20 min @5hg spiking to 10hg every 5 min, Duro strapped

Used S hooks to link pairs of fishing weights, then used a large S hook, hung the links on one end, wrapped it up in 3 latex gloves, and taped the shit outta the sumbitch. I don't play around with Lead..... ?☠

Finally! 10lbs is the beginning for me as far as hanging goes. I was able to reach fatigue within 10 minutes, then rode it through. ?

Took long enough, now things are getting interesting. ??

I wrapped the additional 2.5lbs once again, using a latex glove, then wrapping the crap out of it with bandage wrap.

Hang 20 min @10lbs, straight into a jelq block...
 
Girth work....

I doubled up, as you can tell by the expansion bordering on fluid build-up. Ended with a super double handed squeeze, focusing all that pressure on mid-shaft, and then performing an insane bend. I give a 10 count with the initial squeeze, then 15 count for the bend portion. I always end my girth routine with either this squeeze-bend, or five 20sec uli.

The clamp cuff can create some insane fluid build-up if kept at full engorgement for too long. This is a big reason I keep these sessions short, intense, and sweet.

Not a fan of taking 2 steps back. Time is money!!

Here is a good question. Why are threads like this so rare to come across?

One of the MAIN reasons I have lurked for almost a decade on PE forums, and not participating is due to the bias and EGO of some people. All these guys, rocking 10×7 Johnsons, who are soo knowledgeable that ONLY their input matters, and not ONE in-depth and unbiased thread. I'm not calling anybody out regarding proof of claims. Just a shame we cannot see actual real-time development, with nothing left out for fear of embarrassment.

PE SHOULD be unfiltered, raw, in-depth. It puts a smile on my face to read through this thread, as it is extremely motivating!! ??✌✌?
 
I could be making better progress if I still had that silisleev. Really bummed out. Either I wait until the issue is resolved, or figure something out and order 3-4. They would work fine as they are if I could utilize one for day (minimal expansion), and one for night (BOING!).

This financial issue won't bring me down. I WILL FIND MY WAY!! ??

I caved! I went to Wal-Mart .... ??

Grabbed 4 more 2.5lb weights. I will use the 2.5lb fishing weight attachment as a "trainer" for going up in weight. This way, I can deduct 2.5lbs at any time during a session, slowly easing myself into the permanent shift. Once I am confident in how well my unit responds to training, I will throw on a 2.5lb weight. ✌??
 
This is a very inspirational thread I cannot believe that every member here isn’t coming in and giving you props. You’re training is awesome and your picture is in progress are incredible. Keep up the good work brother I’m here to support you every day.

Hang 35 min @10lbs

It took 20 minutes to reach fatigue. I will train with 10lbs for a couple more days, and then I will be confident to add a disc to the hanger.

During my hanging sessions, I like to start with slow back/forth and left/right sways. I then pick up momentum, and get into circular swinging motions.

I deep massage the tissues during the hanging sessions. Getting DEEP is the key here. Once you have a feel for all the tissues, and trace them back into the fat pad, under the scrotum, etc, you can grab a hold of that inner penis and perform a tug very similar to erect stretching. The "root pull", as I like to call it, is enhanced with the weight + sway, resulting in a feeling of a greater stretch THROUGHOUT.

I don't go overboard, and mainly deep massage during the session. Keep those weights moving. I am not a fan of "bouncing", as it can cause slippage depending on weight and drop distance. I just picture my dick head popping off, resulting in a fashionable anime arterial spray, followed by a shit-ton of weight shattering my big toe. ???
