Warm up, 1hr stretching, pump for 15min @5hg, hang 25min @7.5lbs...

My thoughts on pumping before hanging.....

Amazing, really. I felt waaay more of a "deep" stretch, throughout my entire unit. The expansion in the pump is really a primer for an incredibly thorough hanging session. I am aware of EVERY tissue in my penis, as I gently massage my shaft/base while swinging the weights around and around.

?Now for the cringeworthy moment..... ice cold, rock hard Soma pack... GASP! ?

This surprisingly feels really good. I know what cold does to skin... it tightens, and you would think the initial feeling would be the outer skin tightening up, but nope. As with the hanging, I could feel a relaxing throughout the tissue. After 60 seconds, the skin started to tighten up, so i gave it until 90 seconds before removal.
 
I had such a great stretch last night, that I am going to duplicate it this morning. Since my blister is finally healed, I can strap back into the extender while I'm at work. ??
 
I'm seriously amazed at how far I have come in PE. I am building my perfect cock.

Thats such good news on the pump before hanging then cold wrap combo working well for you.

Its a combo I will go with myself when I eventually get back into it, but please do roll with that when you can, and see how better it works, or not.

I know that in the penis enlargement community, other PE athletes frown upon pumping before stretching, certainly hanging, its just never recommended. I can understand, but its down to misconceptions, and thinking of pumping in terms of girth!

As you have figured out, you dont want lots of fluid, especially if your going in the hanger afterwards, but some fluid may be okay.

Try as well, doing some bounces when you hang, to give more intensity, and circles, where in a stood up position you simply swing the penis in a clock, or counter clockwise motion so the weight goes across all sides of the penis.

This was something the great man Bib recommended himself.

Lastly, if your in the mood for homework :) see what you think of using the hanger after a pump again, this time use the OTS or SU angle.

That would be the way I use it, to strictly target the external portion of the penis, the tuincae over the ligaments.

By hitting OTS/SU you will be taking full advantage of the pump in the hang, as a pump is working on the penis you see outside, the tissues, tuincae, so, stretching those should yield some intensity.

I theorize this a good way to gain length.

Unless I completely rearrange my room, purchase some furniture, etc, there isn't a way I can hang other than straight down. I need a corner desk, with bars and pullies, LOL. A cock gym in my room. ?

As far as swinging, bouncing, etc.. I get creative and do it all. Trust me, I'm not still while hanging. I got shit to do!! ?

I like to deep massage throughout the session. Base, ligs, shaft, all get a deep massage for the duration of the hang. This really helps in my opinion.

Certainly; you dont need pulleys for OTS, I for one would never do it, HTF would you explain that? :)

Simply put it over your actual shoulder, with some padding. It will deduct approx 25% off the actual weight, so its not as much if done conventionally, but, its simpler to execute.
 
Hang 15 min @7.5lbs, pump 20 min @5hg

I got A LOT of stretching in today. I would say roughly 4 hrs. That should make up for not wanting to use the torture noose extender.

I need a few more supplies for the belt strap before I can utilize my vacuum cap as an extender...
 
I realized that I have been seriously slacking on my jelqs lately. Need to remember to throw a block in here and there. ??
