Ok guys i am trying to bulk up i am denfinetly an ectomorph although i think my metabolism is slowing down as i am noticing i am filling out slightly now i am interested in whey protein and protein shakes i dont know much about them. what can you guys tell me about the protein shakes and will just eating high calorie foods drinking protein shakes and doing a light work out build me up slightly say like 10-20kg in a couple of months? and then once i have bulked do a hard workout as i will be conditioned from the light workouts?
