Trying something new - road to 9 inches

First of all I would like to mention that I am not new to PE (I am 42 years old).
I have started in August 2023 and stopped in July 2025 on purpose (decon break + new strategy).
What I did in the first two years daily (with approximately 15-20 days of not doing it spread across the total time frame because of various reasons):

1. DLD’s newbie routine for length daily (for about 30 minutes) - manual stretches
2. After the routine, I wore the Phallosan Forte for about 6-8 hours while at work (but only on weekdays, since the PE part is something I do not want to share with my GF)
3. Occasionaly, but not very often, wet jelqing, mandingo stretches, fulcrum stretches - mostly chaotic, I cannot quantify it)

Results:
I started with:
18 cm BPEL (7.08 inches)
14.5 cm EG base (5.72 inches)
13.5 cm EG mid (5.31 inches)

I ended up with:
19.4 cm BPEL (7.63 inches)
15.25 cm EG base (6 inches)
14.20 cm EG mid (5.59 inches)

My flaccid length has improved, but since I am more of a grower rather than a shower, it is difficult for me to throw out a number in terms of improvement and initial or final size, since the flaccid size varies dramatically in connection with outside temperature, stress levels, etc.. One thing that I did ever since I started PE was to completely lose the underwear.

Another thing worth mentioning is that my gains seem to be cemented, since I measured this week and the measurements are the same as they were in July.

So overall I gained 1.4 cm (0.55 inches) in length and 0.75 cm (0.28 inches) in girth in two years. Not bad, but I think I can achieve better. In the following post I will summarize what my plan is. I also took photos of my actual measurements so that I can compare progress.

Chaotic approach is one method in keeping the body guess on what you're going to do next. No need to quantify it. It will show up on the overall growth. Let's say you're pursuing PE for around 1.5 years, where the first 2 to 3 months are always considered as transitional months to be conservative, and factoring in a few months of abnormality due to breaks or life oddities.

Results:

  • What intensities?
  • Any assistant from devices or just plain old hand strength?
  • Heat application?
For the Forte:
  • Are you wearing sideways?
  • What traction load/tension did you wear the unit at (based on the color of the tension meter)?
Age is really nothing more than an indicator of where you are in life. It isn't a major influence over your PE. You did start around the same time as I did back in 2023. I played around with newbie methods around August of 2023, but I didn't do anything that was considered PE worthy until November 2023. Once I got the new Length Master 3 and the SiliStretcher 2 for experimentation, that was when I went a bit more crazy for a slightly more than a full year before I did a hard stop due to other related physical injuries.
 
I’ve been reading a lot about PE and related theories and decided to boost certain aspects vs. my first experience. For some of them I read pros and cons, but I will try them anyway. I don’t plan to post and measure daily, but I will post regular updates, including potential additions.

1. First aspect: heat. I plan to bring the penis to an optimum temperature for better tissue response (I will not measure the temperature), but I will use an Infrared Lamp before my morning routine (exposure for 10 minutes).

2. Second aspect: medication that aims to improve blood flow and tissue response. I will take, on a daily basis:

- Collagen Peptides (to improve elasticity)
- L-Citrulline (to improve blood flow)
- 5-Lox Inhibitor (certain studies for rats have indicated that it may help in penile growth - however, there are online debates if what you find on the market is what they used in the study - on the other hand, it has other benefits, so taking it will not hurt)

3. On top of that, I plan to eat healthier, stay hidrated, exercise and reduce sugar intake since I should lose at least 5-6 kg (this is good for self confidence, reducing the fat-pad which “hides” about 2 cm of my penis)

In terms of exercises, as a first step, I want to rely on:

1. Manual stretches, daily, but to continue focusing on length for the first six months (same routine as before, but adding 10 minutes of bundled fulcrum stretches daily) - I really want to get past the 20 cm mark, it is a mental milestone that would boost my motivation tremendously
2. Increase the phallosan usage to 8-9 hours/day from Monday to Friday
3. At least 5 minutes of Kegels every day

After six months, I plan adding wet jelqing, SSJs and if needed, I may give water pumping a try, even though I am a bit afraid of it.

My mid-term goal is to reach 9 inches in length and 6.5 inches of growth.

3 sets, each consisting of:
BTC (30 sec to the right, 30 sec to the center, 30 sec to the right)
Downward, mid and upward stretches in all directions (30 sec left + 30 sec center + 30 sec right + 25 rotations each)

Occasional warm-up with hot water, especially in winter.
No aid, just the hands (the manuals are done at home and extra gear would draw attention). I am pulling with moderate to high intensity. I had no injuries, sometimes the head gets a bit red after the stretches, but nothing that lasts for more than 30 minutes. Also the foreskin sometimes gets swollen after wearing the forte, but also turns ok in 30 minutes to an hour.

As for the forte, yes, I am wearing it sideways, with the intensity in the area of yellow to red. I take it off 3-4 times per day for 1-2 minutes in the bathroom at work and when I put it back on I change the side.

As long as you can update us every two to three months out, and the routines you've done, that's more than enough. It allows us understand what you've been done, who much you're gaining, or not, and modify the routines immediately to accommodate your needs.

IR is great, but make sure you know the power of IR rating and the amount of heat produced. It must be at least body core temp and up.

Great choices. We've done these experiments too. Can get a bit pricey after a half a year.

Hydration is essential to burn fat. Losing fat is essential to suppress cortisol levels. Minimizing sugar is required to prevent spikes in your system and keep your heart pressure more consistent. Of course, exercise is a must to keep everything nomimal.

In terms of exercises, as a first step, I want to rely on:

Forget the pump at the moment, and refocus back on the length. As your body moves through progressive stages of growth, arm strength may not be enough, and you'll soon find out. You can use the basic stretches as long as you have the arm strength, but you will need the bundled/bundling combo with the stretches to optimize your tissue breakdown. But this is an option for smarter PE while doing consistent workout. Growth is very dependent on initial tissue breakdown, and your arm, unless you can bench press and lat pull 70kg with ease without your hands cramping up, you will need an assistant device to pull the penis with. This is only optional for optimizing your gains.

If women worry about a shrunken penis because it is cold, then they don't know what true penises are. Mine hid inside by body because it was cold outside, until I went into warm water. It came out to enjoy the warm and hot water like a flag pole.
