First of all I would like to mention that I am not new to PE (I am 42 years old).
I have started in August 2023 and stopped in July 2025 on purpose (decon break + new strategy).
What I did in the first two years daily (with approximately 15-20 days of not doing it spread across the total time frame because of various reasons):
1. DLD’s newbie routine for length daily (for about 30 minutes) - manual stretches
2. After the routine, I wore the Phallosan Forte for about 6-8 hours while at work (but only on weekdays, since the PE part is something I do not want to share with my GF)
3. Occasionaly, but not very often, wet jelqing, mandingo stretches, fulcrum stretches - mostly chaotic, I cannot quantify it)
Results:
I started with:
18 cm BPEL (7.08 inches)
14.5 cm EG base (5.72 inches)
13.5 cm EG mid (5.31 inches)
I ended up with:
19.4 cm BPEL (7.63 inches)
15.25 cm EG base (6 inches)
14.20 cm EG mid (5.59 inches)
My flaccid length has improved, but since I am more of a grower rather than a shower, it is difficult for me to throw out a number in terms of improvement and initial or final size, since the flaccid size varies dramatically in connection with outside temperature, stress levels, etc.. One thing that I did ever since I started PE was to completely lose the underwear.
Another thing worth mentioning is that my gains seem to be cemented, since I measured this week and the measurements are the same as they were in July.
So overall I gained 1.4 cm (0.55 inches) in length and 0.75 cm (0.28 inches) in girth in two years. Not bad, but I think I can achieve better. In the following post I will summarize what my plan is. I also took photos of my actual measurements so that I can compare progress.
