Training Update

hey guys I'm back again at

30 mins of semi-clamping but throw in some kegals and stretches
30mins of girth pumping with a cock ring on

I don't sleep with underwear on and do some minor manieral

But I've noticed girth gains are slow is that true?

Also, I've done Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday today, but haven't done Friday but will do a 7 day girth training.

Just like length, girth has a creep growth of about 1 to 5 micro meters a day. The tissues need to tear, heal, and regrow. It may not show up immediately, but be patient. The girth growth is compounding as the growth stacks up.

30 minutes of semi-clamping alone may not be enough unless you start adding positive pressure to expand the internal tissues using the SSJ. Yes, semi-clamping does provide that positive pressure, but the SSJ is actively forcing the blood strategically up along the entire penis shaft in a dynamic pressure fashion where as the clamping methods only create a static pressure like pumping.

Ease up on the girth training if you feel fatigues due to the length and girth training in one day. If you notice the penis becomes tired or less active with erection quality, allow it a day rest in between each 2 to 3 days of active PE routines.

Or go with length one day and do girth the next. Fatigue is definitely a sign of growth and when I felt Fatigue I worked through it and this definitely helped me grow. Pain is different than soreness and when you feel soreness that is normal Fatigue but if you feel pain STOP and rest until Pain is gone.
