Update
Taking a week off from only 3 weeks of workouts this cycle.
I wasn't getting over 2% post workout elongation for about 2 weeks.
Before my last session I rested 2 days, did a ton of tunica release techniques, even wrapped a heat pad around my shaft during my session, and only hit 1.5% elongation post workout.
I've been stuck at the same BPSFL for about 3 weeks now so hoping this break puts me back on track.
On a different note. I found a video on YouTube of a novice PE'er and he recommends switching to a girth focused routine once your BPSFL is over 5% of your BPEL.
Mine is a little closer to 10%

So maybe that's my issue.
I'm 125 days into length training rn.
I'm not sure if I should switch it up yet, but if thats holding me back from gaining length at the rate I want then I'll happily switch to girth for a few months.
