Seems like you’ve found yourself the perfect object to compare with. It’s so, so rewarding when we get as big or even bigger than the object we use for reference.
This object consists of toilet paper rolls, and empty containers of baby powder.
The final object I will compare my penis to will be a wheelbarrow 😂
 
Damn Son, you’ve really, really grown congratz on that.

And yes, it’s good to have a object to compare with, personally I always use a can of Gillette shaving cream that is 7,5x6,3 inches long and thick. Can’t wait until I’m a whole penis head longer than it and just as girthy.

As of now I’m aiming for 9-10 inches BPEL so about 1+ inch away from my length goal.
With Girth I need about 1 inch more as well, so I definitely have work to do in that departement.

As of now I’m just as long as the Gillette can when I hold it besides my penis and when I have pumped I’m almost just as thick as it too.
I will definitely reach my goals, doesn’t matter how much I have to wear my extender and pump. My mind is set.

1 inch of girth will definitely take time.

I haven't really focused on girth in awhile but once I reach my length goal I'll be switching solely to girth.
 
First session after a week off is done!

I want to mention I gained 2mm in BPSFL during my week off 😁

Post workout elongation was 2.43%

Finished with 10 minutes in the mityvac with a 3.52% expansion in just 10 minutes!!

I know my girth is going to grow like a weed once I start focusing on that
 
I used the total man vacuum bell and it's legit.
I think I got a size too big though.
From the chart on their website they recommended a size 4 but I think I should have gotten a size 3.

Nonetheless I still managed to get my goal post workout elongation so maybe I'm just over thinking it.
But it's definitely bigger than the bell I'm used to for my size
 
Day 104

I didnt measure pre or post workout BPSFL.
I just wanted to "feel" my routine.

I did measure and hit strain metrics tho (4%)

And I upped the pressure to 8.5 Hg in the mity and that felt great.
No discoloration and minimal edema.

I'm going to stay at 8.5 Hg for the remainder of the month.
I know upping the pressure is going to more that likely cause edema more than expansion.

Taking a week off from only 3 weeks of workouts this cycle.
I wasn't getting over 2% post workout elongation for about 2 weeks.
Before my last session I rested 2 days, did a ton of tunica release techniques, even wrapped a heat pad around my shaft during my session, and only hit 1.5% elongation post workout.
I've been stuck at the same BPSFL for about 3 weeks now so hoping this break puts me back on track.

On a different note. I found a video on YouTube of a novice PE'er and he recommends switching to a girth focused routine once your BPSFL is over 5% of your BPEL.

Mine is a little closer to 10% 😅
So maybe that's my issue.
I'm 125 days into length training rn.

I'm not sure if I should switch it up yet, but if thats holding me back from gaining length at the rate I want then I'll happily switch to girth for a few months.

After doing more research I'm going to switch to girth starting Monday.
It will be a nice break from length and apparently it will make your EQ go through the roof
