Progress thread Tommy Gun's Journey

First day of week 7!
Up to 30 minutes total in the extender.
I also added manual bundled stretches to the start of my malleability routine before length work.
Still low volume as far as training goes, not even enough to truly be hitting strain metrics yet but I am continuing to get an increase in BPSFL before every session which is pretty awesome.
I plan to measure EBPL in the next 4-5 weeks.

Just got done with my last session of week 7 (technically 8)
Hit 2.47% increase post workout.

But this is the 2nd session in a row where I got 0 expansion in the pump post workout.
I do have slight edema forming tho.

I do feel fatigued so I'm going to take 7 days off of training.

I'll start back up on October 2nd

I'm still hitting proper metrics on length training but when it comes to pumping looks like I'll graduate and move up to 7.5Hg (been pumping at 7hg for last 4 weeks)
 
I'm back!
The week off was a success.
I say that because my sensitivity is insane.
Did 10 minutes of pumping at the end of my length routine and it felt like I was getting sucked off in the tube haha
Seriously I can't remember the last time I almost had an orgasm from just pumping
 
Wanted to show the progress I've made so far in PE.
Shows consistency triumphs over anything.
Stick to a routine that's not overwhelming that you can stick to and look forward to and YOU WILL GROW!
It took over a year for me but I am finally on a routine that I can be consistent with.
No injuries. No soreness. Just primed for growth.
I feel like I'm going to take off in growth over the next few months
Anyways, just wanted to post some pics for inspiration for anyone doubting the process
