Up to 30 minutes total in the extender.
I also added manual bundled stretches to the start of my malleability routine before length work.
Still low volume as far as training goes, not even enough to truly be hitting strain metrics yet but I am continuing to get an increase in BPSFL before every session which is pretty awesome.
I plan to measure EBPL in the next 4-5 weeks.
