You can certainly gain, and gain well by hands only training.

Equipment enables either a different tac, more effective way, or provides additional force.

Just look at the DLD 'A' stretch blasters
 
The newbie routine with some modifications can be a formidable manual routine. Adding in some of the cues from SRT‘s healing and gaining perspectives.

couldn't measure erections having issue's with my erections.

What's your age and body weight? Need to get that unit strong bro. Flacid length x girth is cool, but length x girth x hardness is the ultimate pleasure.
 
The newbie routine is a great place to begin and as I said if you want to increase the intensity let me know and I can help you add more exercise or different exercises.
 
Was off but back two weeks ago. I do bundled stretches twice a day and in all 12 directions, up, down, behind cheeks, sideways, sideways up/down... Etc. Each direction lasts for 1minute.
What would this do for me? Any modifications or suggestions?

Good to see you back, biggest thing in PE is commitment and dedication, believe me it can be hard. I'd review the SRT and newbie guide again and look to introduce some more stretching, Jelqs and kegals for starters, looking at adding any devices?
